Our testing and certification capabilities ensure that all JCT centrifugally cast components meet the strictest quality and performance standards.
Certifications
JCT is ISO 9001:2015 certified for the following scope of registration:
- Manufacture, precision machining, limited heat treating, inspection and testing of certified ferrous and non-ferrous centrifugal metal for medical imaging, semi-conductor vacuum chamber, military, hydro electric energy, nuclear, aerospace, and high-tech.
The ISO 9001:2015 processes JCT performs onsite include:
- Heat Treating
- Visual & Florescent Inspection
- Lab Testing
- Chemistry (Spectrometer analysis)
- Tensile Testing
- Metallography

JCT is ABS certified for parts on marine vessels.
Testing
JCT provides complete certified NDT testing capabilities
We are currently ABS Certified.
JCT has ASNT Level II inspectors in both Visual (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT).
Onsite testing also includes Hardness Testing, Dimensional inspection traceable to NIST and Hydrostatic Testing.
Outside testing includes X-RAY/Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Coordinate-measurement machine (CMM).
